Smart FRCS AI
An AI examiner for the FRCS oral viva — spoken, examiner-led and scored on the real band scale
Education
Motaba'ah is not a single app but a connected school system. Teachers record attendance, behaviour observations and evaluations in the teacher app; parents follow each child in the parent app; principals see attendance and behaviour trends and teacher activity in their portal; and an administration system runs the platform — all on one student record.

Overview
What a teacher records in class matters to the parents of that student, to the school's leadership and to the team that keeps the system running. Spread across notebooks, spreadsheets and messaging groups, nobody sees the whole picture: parents hear late, principals cannot see which classes are followed up, and support requests disappear.
Teachers use the teacher app for attendance, behaviour observation, periodic evaluations by category, their timetable, study plans and semesters. Parents link to their children with a teacher's code or the student's national ID and follow each child's evaluations and attendance, with push notifications. Principals see attendance and behaviour-observation trends by day, week and month, find teachers who have stopped recording and send them reminders, manage school settings and share read access with supervisors. The administration system handles support requests by status, notifications, polls, user and registration management, and a system error log.
Under it sits one .NET back end with separate APIs for the two apps, Angular apps wrapped with Capacitor for Android and iOS, three Angular web portals, Firebase messaging and sign-in — Arabic-first and right-to-left throughout. Parent access is gated by codes and reviewed requests, never by open search.
If your organisation has people who record, people who follow and people who decide, this is the shape of system I build: role-specific apps and portals over one shared record.
