Public portals
Government and organisational portals built for broad audiences, in Arabic and English.
Portals · SaaS · Dashboards
I build customer-facing web platforms, portals and SaaS products — and the administration behind them — in Arabic and English, right-to-left ready.

What I build
From a municipal portal on a .gov.sa domain to exam-preparation platforms and online stores.

How it works
No fixed promises before the facts are known. Timelines and cost come from the agreed scope, and you see progress at every milestone.
We talk through the idea, the users and the constraints. You get an honest view of whether — and how — to build it.
A written scope with milestones and an estimate based on it, so you know exactly what is being built.
Flows and screens you can click through and approve before any development starts.
Development in agreed stages, with working builds you can review as the work progresses.
Final testing, deployment and — for apps — store listings and submission.
Updates, fixes and the next version, under the support arrangement we agreed.
Founder-led
You won't be passed to an account manager. You talk to the engineer who designs your product and answers for it.

Questions
Yes. Arabic and English are built in as first-class languages, including right-to-left layout and search metadata for both.
Yes. The admin and content management are part of the platform, so your team can run it without a developer.
Yes. How each organisation's data, users and settings are kept apart is one of the first design decisions, because it is expensive to change once customers are on the platform.
The gateway follows your market and how your customers pay — cards, mada, Apple Pay, wallets or local reference payments — and whether you need automatic renewals, since not every local method supports them. I recommend one once those are clear, then integrate it.
Yes, including platforms first built on no-code tools or with AI coding assistants. I review the code, data and hosting first, then recommend what to keep, what to fix and what to rebuild, so live users are not disrupted.
It depends on what the product has to do: features, user types, integrations and the systems behind it. After a discovery call you get a written scope and an estimate based on it — not a number guessed in advance.
That also comes from the scope. Once we agree on it, you get a milestone plan with the order in which features will be delivered.
Ownership of the code, the store listings and the hosting accounts is agreed in writing before work starts.
With me, directly. I lead the project from the first call; when specialists are needed, I bring them in and stay responsible for their work.
