Operations platforms
Systems that run the day-to-day — like Motaba'ah for schools, with apps for each role.
Built around how you work
When off-the-shelf software forces your team into its way of working, I build bespoke software around yours — web, mobile and the integrations between them.

What I build
From a school-management platform with teacher and parent apps to finance and operations systems for multi-department organisations.
Systems that run the day-to-day — like Motaba'ah for schools, with apps for each role.
Departments, approvals, accounting and reporting built to your process.
Turning the spreadsheets and email chains a business depends on into a real system.
Published work
Every link goes to the real product or its store listing.

A school-management ecosystem: administration, teacher app, parent app and a leadership portal

Multi-site clinic management platforms for UK medical practices. Patient portals and appointment systems.

Custom ERP solutions for multi-department organizations.

Enterprise financial platform with accounting and budgeting.
What's included
Every system is scoped to the organisation. Usually:
How it works
No fixed promises before the facts are known. Timelines and cost come from the agreed scope, and you see progress at every milestone.
We talk through the idea, the users and the constraints. You get an honest view of whether — and how — to build it.
A written scope with milestones and an estimate based on it, so you know exactly what is being built.
Flows and screens you can click through and approve before any development starts.
Development in agreed stages, with working builds you can review as the work progresses.
Final testing, deployment and — for apps — store listings and submission.
Updates, fixes and the next version, under the support arrangement we agreed.
Founder-led
You won't be passed to an account manager. You talk to the engineer who designs your product and answers for it.

Questions
Often buy. I'll tell you if an existing product fits; custom software is worth it when the way you work is the advantage, or when nothing on the market fits without workarounds.
Remotely, in English or Arabic. You get a written scope, scheduled calls, access to working builds at each milestone and a shared record of decisions. I am based in Cairo and work with organisations in the UK, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
Commercial terms are agreed in the individual proposal for each project: the price, the payment structure and what each payment covers. The proposal is based on the agreed scope, so you see what the number rests on before you commit.
Often, yes. The first step is access: the code, the servers, the domains and the accounts. Then I review what exists and tell you honestly what can be kept and what should be redone.
It depends on what the product has to do: features, user types, integrations and the systems behind it. After a discovery call you get a written scope and an estimate based on it — not a number guessed in advance.
That also comes from the scope. Once we agree on it, you get a milestone plan with the order in which features will be delivered.
Ownership of the code, the store listings and the hosting accounts is agreed in writing before work starts.
With me, directly. I lead the project from the first call; when specialists are needed, I bring them in and stay responsible for their work.

Your message comes straight to me. I'll reply personally with questions that sharpen the plan, an honest read on scope, or a clear no if I'm not the right fit.
