iOS & Android apps
One shared codebase delivers your app to both platforms, so features, fixes and releases stay in step. Native device capabilities — microphone, camera, notifications, secure storage — are used where the product needs them.
iOS & Android
I design and engineer mobile apps for iOS and Android — with the backend, admin dashboard and web platform behind them — and I lead your project directly, from the first conversation to the App Store and Google Play.

What I build
Most apps need more than screens. I deliver the full product: the iOS and Android apps, the services they depend on, and the tools your team uses to run them.
One shared codebase delivers your app to both platforms, so features, fixes and releases stay in step. Native device capabilities — microphone, camera, notifications, secure storage — are used where the product needs them.
I recommend the technical approach after I understand the product. Where a shared codebase serves you well, it keeps cost and maintenance down. Where it doesn't, I'll tell you plainly before you commit.
APIs, databases, user accounts, admin dashboards and — when it helps — a web version of the same product. Smart FRCS AI runs on web, iOS and Android as one product.
Published work
Every link goes to the real product or its store listing.

FRCS exam preparation on the web, Android and iOS — and it keeps working offline

What's included
The exact scope is agreed in writing before work starts. A typical app project covers:
How it works
No fixed promises before the facts are known. Timelines and cost come from the agreed scope, and you see progress at every milestone.
We talk through the idea, the users and the constraints. You get an honest view of whether — and how — to build it.
A written scope with milestones and an estimate based on it, so you know exactly what is being built.
Flows and screens you can click through and approve before any development starts.
Development in agreed stages, with working builds you can review as the work progresses.
Final testing, deployment and — for apps — store listings and submission.
Updates, fixes and the next version, under the support arrangement we agreed.
Founder-led
You won't be passed to an account manager. You talk to the engineer who designs your product and answers for it.

Questions
It depends on what the app needs to do: the number of features, user types, integrations and the backend behind it. After a discovery call I give you a written scope and an estimate based on it — not a number guessed in advance.
That also comes from the scope. Once we agree on it, you get a milestone plan with the order in which features will be delivered, and you can install test builds as the work progresses.
Yes. Apps are built for both platforms from one product plan and one shared codebase, and tested on both before release.
Yes. The APIs, database, user accounts and admin tools are part of the product, and they can be included in the same project.
Yes. I prepare the builds and store listings and handle submission. Which developer accounts the apps are published under is agreed with you up front.
Often, yes. I start by reviewing the code and the current setup, then tell you honestly whether to improve it or rebuild parts of it.
Yes. Arabic and English, including right-to-left layouts, Arabic typography and store listings in both languages, are planned from the first screen design rather than added at the end, when they cost more to retrofit.
Yes, working remotely from Cairo, which shares most of the working day with both the UK and the Gulf. Current work includes apps for UK-registered medical education companies, and past work includes platforms for Saudi municipalities.
Ownership of the code, the store listings and the hosting accounts is agreed in writing before work starts.
With me, directly. I lead the project from the first call; when specialists are needed, I bring them in and stay responsible for their work.

Your message comes straight to me. I'll reply personally with questions that sharpen the plan, an honest read on scope, or a clear no if I'm not the right fit.
