Smart FRCS AI
An AI examiner for the FRCS oral viva — spoken, examiner-led and scored on the real band scale
Medical Education · for algarra7 Ltd
SmartMRCS prepares candidates for both MRCS Part A papers: 4,793 single-best-answer questions organised by paper, subject and topic, a study mode that explains every option, timed and custom mocks, and analytics that show where marks are lost — with the question bank protected against screenshots and copying. The web platform is available now; mobile applications are under development.

Overview
Candidates need volume, but volume alone does not tell them where they are losing marks. And for the client, the bank itself is the business: a question bank that can be screenshotted page by page can be copied and resold.
Every question belongs to Paper 1 (Applied Basic Sciences) or Paper 2 (Principles of Surgery in General), a subject and a topic, so a candidate can work through one area properly before moving on. Study mode explains why the right option is right and why each of the others is not; timed mocks run under exam conditions, ready-made or built from chosen subjects; progress shows accuracy by subject and topic, attempt history and questions due for review. A ten-question demo exam needs no account.
SmartMRCS runs on the platform I engineered for SmartFRCS, so the work went into what was new: an exam model scoped by paper so identical topic names never merge, and layered content protection — a personal watermark and a DRM-backed capture shield in supported browsers, with native capture blocking built into the mobile applications now under development. Plans are fixed-term and never renew automatically.
If your content is your product, I can build the platform that sells it and protects it — on the web first, and on mobile when you are ready.
